Loose weight by Fasting

Apart from this, eating only once a day or fasting two or three times a week is also a good habit. Being constantly eating also causes obesity and stomach diseases. Therefore, eating one time in obesity and fasting at least three times a week help in reducing stomach related diseases and obesity. But this does not mean that you spoil your health in the process of increasing metabolism.

Calorie is the measurement of energy in the body. If the energy has gone from the body then how is health? Must eat so that energy remains in the body.

Don't eat fast food

Oil rich food such as fast food intake or cold drink is also the biggest factor of obesity. Fast food increases the amount of calories in the body rapidly which causes obesity. Eat raw vegetables which help in reducing fat. Person who really wish to lose weight must not take fast food.

Do physical exercises

Physical exercise is a conditional way to lose weight. Physical exercise such as jogging, exercise, physical game(Cricket,football, basketball), swimming, joining gym e.t.c.

After these steps, fill all required Applicant Details in Form. All fields are very easy to fill. Successfully submission of the details then proceed to make payment.

What is the fee for passport (Indian passport renewal fees)

  • For Fresh and Re-issue passport including additional booklet which has 36 pages the fee is Rs 1500/-
  • Fees for Tatkal Passport (Emergency Passport) is 2000/-

Fees is non-refundable
