Obesity increases the amount of calories in fat. Consuming water every hour increase metabolism, Which is helpful in burning the amount of calories in fat. It is especially beneficial to drink half a liter of water before eating food to lose weight.
Drink coffee and green tea
Coffee and Green tea are both helpful in reducing lose weight. The both increase metabolism in the body. According to a study consuming green tea or coffee 2-3 times a day can reduce the calories in fat.
Loose weight by Fasting
Apart from this, eating only once a day or fasting two or three times a week is also a good habit. Being constantly eating also causes obesity and stomach diseases. Therefore, eating one time in obesity and fasting at least three times a week help in reducing stomach related diseases and obesity. But this does not mean that you spoil your health in the process of increasing metabolism.
Calorie is the measurement of energy in the body. If the energy has gone from the body then how is health? Must eat so that energy remains in the body.
Don't eat fast food
Oil rich food such as fast food intake or cold drink is also the biggest factor of obesity. Fast food increases the amount of calories in the body rapidly which causes obesity. Eat raw vegetables which help in reducing fat. Person who really wish to lose weight must not take fast food.
Do physical exercises
Physical exercise is a conditional way to lose weight. Physical exercise such as jogging, exercise, physical game(Cricket,football, basketball), swimming, joining gym e.t.c.
